Like all Mals, the Newcastle Mal is an unusual hotel with a unique story to tell.
This one-time cooperative warehouse was once a storage facility for grain and cotton from the bustling river trade of the Tyne. Nowadays, I’m sure you’ll agree we’ve found a much more exciting use for those exports behind its distinctive facade.
